You can normalize the 'presentation' while maintaining the multiple  
forms..just because two things look the same on screen does mean they  
are the same, for better and worse. Most but not all code can be  
'reasonable' and allow either or a mix. Just giving guidance for  
folks, subjective, as a user and implementer..
