[M3devel] CM3 Hudson Config in CVS

I've added a small script that saves all the XML config files of the
various Hudson jobs for CM3 into birch's CVS repository below
/usr/cvs/hudson-config.

It should be accessible for all M3 users, but should be treated as read-only.
It is only there to record the history and for backup purposes.

It is still very dumb and needs to be improved, so that only actual
changes get imported and tagged.

The corresponding Hudson job is
