I've made some further small improvments (as I think) to the
structure and look of the web pages. The green colour scheme was
suggested by Peter Eiserloh. It can easily be reverted or changed
again in case the majority doesn't like it. As I think it's an
improvement and no other suggestions have been made so far, I took
the liberty to just try it, because I haven't much time to spare
for these topics besides the installation package building and testing.
