[M3devel] Windows packages for RC3

Now finally the packages have been built, but not copied to birch:

   /usr/bin/ssh: No such file or directory
   lost connection

This is getting ridiculous. If there wasn't an ssh there would be
no connection at all, and it has been explicitly checked before.

I'll try to copy the packages manually later when I'm at home.
