[M3devel] dynamic linking broken

It looks like I might have broken dynamic linking, when I moved .so/.dylib files only to lib and not in pkg.

At least on AMD64_DARWIN we get link commands like

-L /cm3/pkg/m3core -lm3core

but that directory only has libm3core.a.

I'll investigate further and fix.

Two likely fixes:
1 Change cm3 to point -L always just at /cm3/lib instead of /cm3/pkg.
2 symlink pkg out to lib
