[M3devel] [M3Devel] m3gdb not automatically built on AMD64_LINUX

The strategy when to build m3gdb should probably be revisited.
I'm not sure if we should keep the positive list or just exclude
some platforms; but then, I do not have the complete overview of
all the platforms that Jay has been and is working on.

Jay, can you take a look at that in pkginfo.sh?
