[M3devel] Trestle on Windows and very small windows?

On Windows if I size Juno very small I can get stuff like:

I couldn't get it to occur on Linux or Darwin.

I think they might be honoring some minimize size requests.

What to do?

(I'm exercising Juno during startup to see about inducing the hang, though

this can be done after startup.)
