[M3devel] Config file skeletons

Where did all the config file skeletons go?   How do I fix the SOLgnu  
installation to look for libz.so instead of libz.a.  I thought I could  
simply add a "Z" entry to SYSTEM_LIBS, but I don't know where to do  
that anymore.  That way my tinderbox builds should succeed for the  
cvsup packages which need libz, but which is not  normally installed  
as a static library.
