[M3devel] gui problems? BadBricks? columns?

Daniel et al:

I tried a year or so ago to pursue getting the sources for the ESC.
I'd have to dig up my old emails, but my recollection is that I ran into a dead end getting the sources and the permission to put them in our repository.
I don't think the Modula-3 edition was kept up when the project moved on to other languages.

Hi all:
this reminds me that we need anyway to proof the system on errors like locking and anything else, I guess we can try again of the folks in the HP research lab if they would have the sources of the ESC/Modula-3 checker compile them for us and if they agree like before they did with the ESC/Java to make a release for us. I think they planned to do it, just that, nobody gave any new version DEC SRC M3, and it was one of the last things to be scheduled to be released.
The original post explaining this same reason is here inside DEC:
http://groups.google.com/group/comp.lang.modula3/browse_thread/thread/246542d2609608c7/6e9f7b0a0dd35ce9?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=modula3+release+3.6#6e9f7b0a0dd35ce9
Perhaps if we enough petitions we will have some day, what do you think? Perhaps is worth the time, the most difficult thing is finding it, but I guess it would be in the same part they worked or a file server over there, if they allow someone a permission to seek in their files, is just that, we can try to find it. I hope so. I mean what is the reason for keeping it if they did it to use it and explore it, and just because of time they didn't published.
Have a nice and happy new year folks!

Hi all:
It seemes to me they should, but currently are not in the standard build package list? Besides could be a problem in the threading? That's why I still like the traditional package, the scheduler might need adjustments, but still it has some nice things like @M3nopreemption, it seems John Polstra wrote something about using it on Digital Unix to run cvsup, see:
Are there any cases of test no this runtime parameter?

Thanks in advance

These used to work perfectly well. This is a regression.

Could anyone look into BadBricks and columns?
They see very broken -- don't seem to accept input.
BadBricks occasionally does.

tetris and Juno seem ok.
mentor probably also though I didn't try today.
