[M3devel] Hudson RELENG builds broken

Several Hudson builds are currently broken due to

new source -> compiling ProcessPosixCommon.m3
"../src/os/POSIX/ProcessPosixCommon.m3", line 92: unknown  
qualification '.' (sleep)
1 error encountered
new source -> compiling ProcessPosix.m3

I'm really not sure that we should copy the incompatible
LONGINT and LONGCARD changes to this release branch...
