[M3devel] some current/hudson problems?

1)
Is cm3-current-build-target supposed to build everything,
  or not much more than the compiler?

I looked at a a few (I386_OPENBSD, FreeBSD4, LINUXLIBC6) and they aren't building much more than compiler.


Or is that supposed to be deferred to test-all?

I was wanting to check if I386_OPENBSD hung.
  Either way, I think I have the fix.
  
  
2)
cvs update: use `cvs add' to create an entry for `m3-sys/m3cc/gcc/INSTALL'
cvs update: use `cvs add' to create an entry for `m3-sys/m3cc/gcc/fixincludes'


I believe this is an artifact of cvs not working well in general.
In particular, switching branches, doesn't handle deletes, or something.
