[M3devel] opencsw/cvs problem with spaces in time on command line

scripts/regression/cvs.sh was in CVS
It doesn't seem to work -- quotes are lost.
cvs2.sh is what was on opencsw and doesn't seem to work -- quotes are lost.
cvs3.sh is what I came up with based on cvs2.sh, seems maybe better,
I put in place, we'll see. Would be nice to only quote if there are spaces though.

Can we make Hudson use a date form without spaces?

Hm. Yes and no. I hadn't looked enough, but I think it is still broken.
There is $HOME/bin/cvs. I didn't know.
I guess it is mainly to avoid -z3.
Which rings a bell. We had some problem with that.

Build #103 is not current. It is from Nov 8.
Before it, a bunch of success. Since it, a bunch of failure.
I had failed to look if the failures were all the same.
They are not. In fact the CVS failures seem to be all/mainly Nov 8.

HOWEVER the later failures have been fixed in CVS.
Even though cvs upd isn't erroring, it also isn't working.

I'm manually updating now, so the evidence will be lost.
But I'm sure it will either come back or is easily deliberately brought back.

Thanks,
 - Jay
