I am on the road so this is easiest way to amend this...

As I see, some people steered this discussion to web dev... One of
things I made some time ago is verry complete FastCGI support for
Modula-3, and I will contribute it one of these days, I just need more
time to go through everything and ensure it works on all platforms I
have available now (OSX, Linux, Windows...)...

FastCGI is server side, and there is no question about Modula-3
perfectness for anything server.

This link I gave is a way for us to get our perfect platform client
side. No oblets (IIRC), no nothing... Pure Modula-3.
