[M3devel] About next release source, pre-built, pre-processor based ?

Hi all:
Does anybody knows what gonna be next release based on, or have any thoughts on its distribution form?
This is because I want to talk about some language annotation mechanism idea in form of pragmas for memory accountability for possible small sized memory targets like embedded processors, any thoughts.
