Bruce:

I just read your posts about building CM3 on Windows.

I wrote some instructions on this a while back. Let me find them and send to you.

I know that Jay has some python scripts for doing all this, but I've never been successful using them on Windows, so I wrote scripts for the native Windows command shell. You should probably try Jay's python first, but you also are welcome to use my scripts.

BTW, you will need to install Microsoft Visual C++ so that you have a linker and some LIBs and DLLs that are needed. The good news is that you can use the FREE Visual C++ Express edition so you don't have to shell out any money for it.

I'm swamped right now, but will try to locate this for you soon.

Thanks,
Randy Coleburn

G'day everyone

I've slurped down the full CVS tree. How do I build for Windows 7 ...
from scratch? Is there a readme/faq for this somewhere?

Kind regards,
Bruce.
