Okay, I'll try "FALSE".
That cm3cfg.common is pretty much what was installed at
$STAGE/cm3-(all|min)-AMD64_FREEBSD-d5.10.0-FreeBSD10.1-20150601/bin/config/cm3cfg.common
so I don't know why IsDarwin is not defined.

okay, it failed again, same error (doesn't know IsDarwin), line 49 of
m3-tools/cvsup/suplib/src/m3makefile

So it seems we need to figure out why IsDarwin isn't known....
