[M3devel] Compiling for Windows

I tried to tweak repeatedly environment variables to compile my modula-3 code base after updating the Microsoft tools and still get linking errors.

I am a Modula-3 programmer, and as such,
I am not supposed to understand C++
I am not supposed to understand MS Visual Studio
I am not supposed to understand the Windows SDKs
I fear that this will be the end of Modula-3 for me.

(Running Windows 7.1 Pro on AMD64, MS Visual Studio 2019,
Windows SDK VC10, last versions)
