[M3devel] FW: NT386 environment variables (new NT386 snapshots)

Yes, RTArgs and Env should work now on NT386.

NT386GNU actually probably doesn't yet implement "gui" apps, and NT386GNU console apps I expect work.
I should finish and test that, very small feature. More interesting for NT386MINGNU probably, but the same code to implement it and trivial.

The fix could be better/smaller, but probably ok.
In particular, the compiler generates a main that passes data to the runtime.
Sometimes main is right, sometimes wrong.
I left the compiler/main alone, but changed the NT386 runtime to always just fetch the data itself and always ignore the data it got from main. This might let some hypothetical bootstrapping scenarios keep working, using a new compiler to target an old runtime..

I'll switch to plain text and see how it goes.
Apparently that requires switching to "classic" Hotmail and I haven't seen if I can make it "sticky" or not.
We'll see. jay.krell at cornell.edu will work again shortly too but that won't help. :)
I have ONE other report of truncated mail.
