[M3devel] HEADS UP: Rebuild RC3 or wait for RC4 next week? was Re: RC3 tag

Please let's not create extra process and secretarial work. It's bad enough to have to any branching.
I'll move the RC3 tag forward as needed for SOLgnu, SOLsun, NT386.
SOLgnu looks good now except for the timeout at the end with scp, and the cvsup problem to fix.
