P.S.: http://www.hpl.hp.com/techreports/Compaq-DEC/ has them.  But not
that title.

P.P.S.  If you are seriously reading either the Trestle tutorial or
reference manual are puzzled the concept of a "share of a mutex",
I can help, if I can remember it.  It took me years to figure out
what it meant.
